Our office is closed to new patients except immediate family members of established patients. When calling our office please inform us with the name of your family member. At the time, our receptionist will given you instructions along with your username and password to submit your intake paperwork through your portal. If you need assistance with this, don’t hesitate to contact the office again. We would be glad to help.
Dr. Dahl accepts Medicare, Coastal, and Aspire Insurance. For all other insurances, your visit is considered “out of network”. Our biller will courtesy bill your insurance but payment is expected at the time of your visit.
